"Sariva" is a word in Toaripi, and it means "Travel/Trip", and the language is one of the 800+ that are spoken in Papua New Guinea. Turtles are known to travel incredible distances to be with their loved ones. For me, the design combines my yearning for travelling as well as my love for PNG.
